Israel Gutierrez



Israel is a Native Texan and an Austinite for over 15 years. He enjoys fine art, sports, mountain biking, technology and most of all, Austin life with his wife and three children. He has a degree in Graphic Design from the Art Institute of Houston and a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Concordia University at Austin. Israel also holds a State of Texas Real Estate Broker License.


With over 10 years of experience in top tier residential real estate sales, Israel specializes in buyer representation, relocation, new construction and listings. Prior to becoming a realtor, Israel worked in the technology and design fields for over eight years where his experiences included art direction, localization, and project/team management.

Major areas of focus for Israel’s business include buyer representation for new construction, waterfront and luxury homes in the sought after areas of Austin. He is also passionate about sustainability and green building and has earned a Green Designation from the National Association of Realtors. Israel’s experiences in graphic design, marketing and technology assist successfully listing property for sale by providing professional guidance in marketing and aesthetics that will achieve the client’s desired results.

Community Involvement

In addition to participating in school and golf club activities with his three elementary aged children, Israel dedicates time to volunteer efforts including Austin Habitat for Humanity and Feed The Community.
