Richard has a family of four and five grandchildren. He often travels with his family to areas all over the country. He found out early in life that he needed to be involved with serving people and had a career as a teacher and coach with Austin ISD for 30 years. He also served as a youth pastor for several years. His second career as a Realtor also involves serving families in a home search, which is the most important financial investment we make. In the past 14 years, he has helped multiple families find their dream home. He knows the process that it takes to find that house. He listens to his clients, shows them selected houses based on their desires and needs and ultimately secures a great deal for the dream home.
Oftentimes, he’s had to list and sell his client’s house in order to move on to their next home. This too is a process that requires much planning, preparation and tenacious searching and negotiating in order to transition from the old house to the new one. He always tries to absorb the stress involved in these complex dealings so that the process isn’t as trying on his clients.
All in all, Richard treats his clients as he would a brother or sister. Each client will be treated with sincere honesty and integrity with their interests are always at the forefront of his dealings. So, you can trust him to lead you through the process of buying or selling you home.
